Nugymanova Gulsim Zeynullaevna

Nugymanova Gulsim Zeynullaevna was born in 1972.

In 1991 she graduated from the Taldy-Kurgan Legal College, 2001 from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in lawyer. In 2009 she graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev with a degree in engineer.

She began her career in 1991 as an inspector of the operational department of the Kyzylorda regional center for the payment of pensions and benefits.
