Zholymbetov Tureakhmet Sailaubaevich

Zholymbetov Tureakhmet Sailaubaevich was born in 1976.Graduated from Kyzylorda Humanitarian University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Orientalist economist, translator-referent of the Turkish language, Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I.Satpayev with a degree in Engineering, candidate of economic sciences.

He began his career as an intern researcher in 1998-2001 at the Center for Economic Research of the Development Institute of Kazakhstan in Almaty. In 2001-2003 he was a graduate student of the Institute of Development of Kazakhstan in Almaty. In 2003-2004 he was a leading specialist of the Kyzylorda regional department of energy infrastructure and mineral resources, in 2004-2007 he was a chief specialist, chief inspector of the department of organizational and inspection control of the akim's office of the Kyzylorda region. From 2007 to 2010 - Deputy Director of the Kyzylorda Regional Branch of the State Center for the Payment of Pensions, in 2010-2012 he served as Director of the Kurylys Basis Kyzylorda Limited Liability Partnership, in 2012-2013 - Chief Specialist of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry for investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda region, from 2013 to 2014 - the deputy director for social issues of the department for control and social protection of the population in the Kyzylorda region. From 2014 to 2017 - head of the department for control and social protection of the population in the Kyzylorda region. From March 2017 to June 10, 2020, he held the position of head of the department of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda region.
