Nurgaliyev Merhat Sabitovich

Merhat Sabitovich Nurgaliyev was born on July 12, 1981 in Katon-Karagai district, Novoberezovka village. In 2003, he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Economics.

He started his career in 2004. From June 2004 till June 2008 worked as a chief specialist of department of economics and budget planning of Akim's Office of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region. From June 2008 to April 2012, he worked as the Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Akim's office of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region. From April 2012 to June 2012, he worked as a chief specialist of the Department of State Property and Privatization in East Kazakhstan Region. From June 2012 to October 2013, he worked as head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning. In 2013 - 2015 held a post of director of East Kazakhstan regional specialized children's and youth sports school of Olympic reserve on ice hockey. He also held the position of chief specialist of the accounting and finance department of the department of agriculture. In 2016, he was the head of the department of budget planning, and analysis, information support of the development of the agro-industrial complex. From April 2017 to April 2021, he was the head of the SI "Department of Finance of the Glubokoe district".

By the order of the akim of the Katon-Karagai district dated April 05, 2021, he was appointed to the post of Deputy akim of the Katon-Karagai district of the East Kazakhstan region.
