Kobeshev Erkin Amievich

Kobeshev Erkin Amievich was born on the 25^th of May 1961 in Archaty village of Katon Karagay district. In 1983 he graduated Semipalatinsk zoo veterinarian institute on the specialty “zoo engineer”.

From 1983 to 1988 he worked as a zoo technician in Archaty section of Uryl sheep sovkhoz. From 1988 to 1997 he was Chief zoo technician in Uryl sheep sovkhoz. After abolition of the sovkhoz, since September 1997 he had been serving as a manager of Uryl rural administration. From 2000 to October 2007 he was Chief specialist of management of Uryl rural administration. By the decision of the territorial electoral commission of Katon Karagay district he was appointed acting akim of Uryl rural okrug on the 11^th of August 2017. He was appointed akim of Uryl rural okrug by the directive on 16 October 2017 of the Akim of Katon Karagay district. He is married with three children.
