Born in 1964 in Pavlodar region. Graduated from Semipalatinsk State Medical Institute
She started her career in 1987 as a shop doctor at Ust-Kamenogorsk City Hospital No. 2.
In 1994-1997, she worked as the head of the Department of Therapy at Ust-Kamenogorsk City Hospital No. 2.
In 1997-2010, she served in the Department of Internal Affairs, graduated from the service with the rank of police lieutenant colonel.
In 2011-2016, she held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department of Medical and Social Expertise No. 4. Ust-Kamenogorsk Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of East Kazakhstan region
Since December 2016, he has been working as the head of the Department of Medical and Social Expertise No. 2 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population in East Kazakhstan Region.
