She was born in 1983 in the East Kazakhstan region. Graduated from East Kazakhstan State Technical University, East Kazakhstan Regional University.
She started her career in 2007 as a legal adviser at the East Kazakhstan Blood Center.
From 2008 to 2019, he was the Chief Specialist and Legal Adviser of the Department of the Labor and Social Protection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan region.
From 2019 to 2020, he was the Chief specialist of the Pension and Social Security Department of the Department of the Labor and Social Protection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan region.
Since 2021, he has been working as the head of the Pension and Social Security Department of the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan region.
