Since 1998 works in the Ministry of Foreigh Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2014 - Deputy Director Of the Department of pan-Asian cooperation, the CIS Department and the Department of Eurasian integration of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2019 - Deputy Chief of the state Protocol Service of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has the diplomatic rank of Adviser of the first class.
