Koshakhanova Sholpan Shamgunovna

Koshakhanova Sholpan Shamgunovna was born on June 20, 1968, in the village of Karagach, Balkhash District, Almaty Region. In 1993, she graduated from the Kazakh Women’s Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Education. In 2004, she graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics and Consulting with a degree in Economics.

• She began her professional career in 1986 as a kindergarten teacher at the “Romashka” kindergarten in the village of Akshiy, Kurtinsky District, Almaty Region.
• From 1989 to 1993, she worked as an elementary school teacher at the Andreev Secondary School in the village of Akshiy, Kurtinsky District, Almaty Region.
• From 1993 to 1994, she worked as an educator at the Yesik Pedagogical College in the city of Yesik, Kurtinsky District, Almaty Region.
• From 1994 to 1996, she served as a methodologist at the Regional Youth and Adolescents Center in the city of Yesik, Kurtinsky District, Almaty Region.
• In 1996, she became the Head of the Tourism and Excursions Department at the Regional Youth and Adolescents Center in the city of Yesik, Kurtinsky District, Almaty Region.
• From 1996 to 1998, she worked as a secretary-methodologist in electronics, radio engineering, and telecommunications at the A.S. Popov Institution in Almaty.
• From 2000 to 2004, she served as the Director of Asia Prod Trade LLP in Almaty.
• In 2004, she was employed as the Financial Director at Aysha LTD LLP in Almaty.
• From 2004 to 2005, she served as Chief Accountant at INSH Ltd LLP in Almaty.
• From 2005 to 2009, she worked as the Chief Specialist of the Evgenemolovodny Rural District, Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region, in the village of Molovodnoye.
• From 2009 to 2011, she was the Head of the General Department of the Akim’s Office of the city of Issyk, Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.
• From 2011 to 2012, she served as Deputy Akim of the Evgenemolovodny Rural District, Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region, in the village of Molovodnoye.
• From 2012 to 2016, she was the Director of the “Enbek” School of the Municipal State Institution in the village of Aktogay, Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.
• From 2016 to 2024, she served as the Director of Secondary School No. 1 “Azat” of the Municipal State Institution in the village of Azat, Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.
• From 2024 to 2025, she worked as the Chief Specialist of the State Institution “Department of Education of the Balkhash District of Almaty Region” in the village of Bakanas, Balkhash District, Almaty Region.
• In 2025, she served as the Head of the Department of the State Institution “Department of Education of the Balkhash District of the Education Administration of Almaty Region” in the village of Bakanas, Balkhash District, Almaty Region.
• Since October 13, 2025, she has been serving as the Head of the Department of the State Institution “Department of Education of the Enbekshikazakh District of the Education Administration of Almaty Region” in the city of Yesik, Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region.
