Biography
Tokenov Yerlan Yerboluly was born on March 6, 1991 in the village of Yntaly, Alakol district, Almaty region.
In 1997-2008, he studied at Yntaly high school.
In 2008-2012, he studied at the Kazakh Academy of transport and communications named after M. Tynyshpaev, majoring in "financier".
In 2013, he worked as a specialist of the state pension Fund for the payment of pensions and benefits, Alakol district.
