Rysbekov Manatback Myrzashevich

Rysbekov Manatbek Myrzashevich, was born on February 11, 1964 in the village of Kyzylashy of the Alakol district of Taldykorgan region (now Balapanov Zh.)

He started his career in 1982. Adopted by a worker of the Kirov state farm in the village of Kyzyl-shchi, Alakol district, Taldykorgan region.
In 1990-1991, he worked as an agronomist of the village of Kyzyl-shchi of the Kirov state farm in the Alakolsky district.
In 1991-1993, he worked as deputy director for educational work in the village of Kyzyl-shchi, Alakol district.
In 1993-1996, he worked as the chief agronomist of the Kirov state farm, the village of Kyzyl-shchi, Alakolsky district.
In 1996-2000 he held the position of chairman of the production cooperative. It is located in the village of Kyzylashy, Alakolsky district.
In 2000-2003, he worked as the head of the Kerbulak State Breeding Factory of the East Kazakhstan Inspection, located in the village of Karashok, Kerbulak district, Almaty region.
In 2003-2005, he worked as the chief agronomist of Tau Samal LLP, in Kabanbai village of Alakol district.
In 2009-2010, he worked as the head of the Asar security guard of the 3rd shift in the security agency, Almaty.
In 2014-2016, he was the chief engineer of "Ucharal-Korkeitu" LLP. It is located in the city of Usharal, Alakol district, Almaty region.
In 2016-2018, he held the position of deputy head of the Alakolsky District Department of Agriculture. It is located in the city of Usharal, Alakol district, Almaty region.
Since 2018, he has held the position of akim of the Kaynarsky rural district of the Alakolsky district.
Dated December 21, 2022 on the basis of Article 14 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 45 of paragraph 1 of Article 113-11, he was elected akim of the Zhanamisky rural district of the Alakolsky district of the Zhetisu region.
