Biography

Born on January 25, 1971 in Usharal, Alakol district, Taldy-Kurgan region.Education-higher. In 1988, he graduated from Obukhov secondary school, Krasnoyarsk Krai, entered the Krasnoyarsk construction technical school, in 1989 he was drafted into the Army, then in 1991 he served in the Mongolian People's Republic, then in Irkutsk, Russia, in the same year he graduated from the Taldykorgan construction technical school with a degree in construction technology. 1996-2000 After graduating from the Taldykorgan Law Institute, he is a lawyer.

Since 1994, there have been various employees in the Birlik cooperative. 1998-2011. in the period of its existence, KH "Beisembayev" was engaged in animal husbandry. From November 2011 to January 2013, he worked as a leading specialist in office management of the Usharal city akimat. From 2013 to 2014, he was the head of the Department of the mayor's Office of Usharal. 2014-2017. He worked as deputy mayor of usharal. Since August 2017, he has been working as the mayor of Beskol rural district.
