The Deputy Prosecutor of the Beineu district of the Mangystau region
Biography
Mamay Omirbaiuly holds a higher legal education. In 2014, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and in 2016, he obtained a Master's degree from the same university.
He has more than six years of service in the prosecution authorities.
He began his career in the prosecution service in 2019 as a prosecutor of the Taskala District Prosecutor's Office in the West Kazakhstan Region.
In 2020, he was appointed prosecutor of the Zhylyoi District Prosecutor's Office in the Atyrau Region. In 2021, he became a prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of Pre-Trial Investigation and Criminal Prosecution of the Atyrau City Prosecutor's Office.
From 2023, he served as a prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of Pre-Trial Investigation and Criminal Prosecution of the Aktau City Prosecutor's Office.
From 2025 until his current appointment, he served as a prosecutor of the Directorate for Supervision of the Legality of Pre-Trial Investigation and Criminal Prosecution of the Prosecutor's Office of the Mangystau Region.
By Order of the Prosecutor of the Mangystau Region dated July 2, 2026 was appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Beineu District.
