Biography
Serzhan Amankul was born in 1988 in the city of Aktau, Mangystau region. He has been serving in the prosecution authorities since 2013.
He has served in various positions, including Section Prosecutor and Head of Section at the Aktau City Prosecutor’s Office, Deputy Prosecutor of Aktau City, Prosecutor of the Yesil District Prosecutor’s Office in Astana, Prosecutor of the Department at the Mangystau Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Senior Prosecutor of the Department, Deputy Head of the Department, and Senior Assistant to the Regional Prosecutor – Head of the Human Resources Group. By Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 7, 2025, Justice Counselor Serzhan Kuttymuratuly Amankul was appointed as the Prosecutor of Karakiya District.
