Mamanov Talgat Ashimovich

Mamanov Talgat Ashimovich was born on April 12, 1969 in the village of Arharly, Alakol district, Taldykorgan region. In 1986, he graduated from the secondary school of the village of Kyzylashchy. In 1990, he entered the Railway Institute of Almaty. In 1995, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of management, majoring in Economics.

Since 1996, he began his career in the state investigative Committee. In connection with the dissolution of the state investigative Committee, I transferred to the production cooperative in 1996 and worked there until 1997. In 1997, he transferred to the Ministry of internal Affairs. He worked until 1999 and left at his own request. Since 2002, he began his public service In the Kyzyl-Tashinsky rural district. Currently, he is the mayor of the Kyzyl-Shinka rural district.
