Higher education, in 2012 he graduated from the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin, Bachelor of Economics and Business, in 2015 he graduated from the Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov, Bachelor of Law.

Career

He started his activity in the civil service in January 2013, working as an acting expert of the Department for Monitoring and Evaluating Documents of the State Planning System of the Department of Strategic Planning and Analysis of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Astana.

From March 2013 to July 2014, he worked as an expert of the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation of Documents of the State Planning System of the Department of Strategic Planning and Analysis of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Astana.

From August 2014 to mid-October 2014, he worked as an Expert of the Financial Sector Development Policy Department of the State Obligations Management and Financial Sector Development Policy Department of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Astana.

From mid-October 2014 to August 2015, he worked as an Expert of the Financial Sector Development Policy Department of the State Obligations Management and Financial Sector Development Policy Department of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Astana.

From mid-September 2016 to April 2019, he worked as the chief expert of the Department for Control of State-owned Enterprises and Mergers of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

From mid-April 2019 to August 2019, he worked as the Head of the Strategic Analysis Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.

From the end of August 2019 to June 2020, he worked as the head of the Department of Strategic Analysis and International Integration of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.

From June 2020 to mid-May 2021, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Nur-Sultan.

Since May 2021, he has been working as the Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Pavlodar region.
