Biography
He was born on February 14, 1994 in the Katon-Karagay district, the village of Moyyldy. In 2017, he graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in Information Systems, Bachelor of Engineering and Technology. In 2020, he graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in Law, Bachelor of Law.
He started his career in September 2014 as a physical education teacher, Moyyldy Secondary school, Katon-Karagay district, Moyyldy village. From July 2015 to December 2016, he worked as a programmer, GU "Akim's Office of Katon-Karagai district". From December 2016 to July 2019, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department of Offices and Information Technologies of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Katon-Karagai district". From July 9, 2019 to February 13, 2023, he held the position of assistant to the akim of the Katon-Karagai district for civil defense and emergency situations.
On February 13, 2023, in accordance with the decision of the Katon-Karagai district Election Commission of February 13, 2023, he was appointed akim of Ulken Naryn rural district.
