Biography
Born on July 03, 1977 in Medvedka village of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region. Has higher education. In 1998 graduated from the Higher Frontier Command School of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan on speciality - management of service-military activity of subdivisions.
He began his career in 1998 and until 2019 in various positions in the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2019, he is a retired member of the NSC of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since July 26, 2021, on the basis of the decision of the Katon-Karagai District Election Commission was elected as Akim of Belkaragai rural district of Katon-Karagai region.
Member of the Nur Otan party.
