Alibayev Talgat Aitbayevich

Alibayev Talgat Aitbayevich was born on January 16, 1977 in the city of Kyzylorda, Kyzylorda region.

Higher education, graduated from the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh.Yesenov, Kazakh State Law University, majoring in state and local government, law.

He began his career in the prosecutor's office in July 1998 as an intern for the vacant position of assistant Prosecutor of the city of Kyzylorda of the Center for Legal Statistics and Information at the Prosecutor's Office of the Kyzylorda region.
