Biography
Abishev Marat Bayanovich was born in 1979 in the Karaganda region.
In 2000 he graduated from Karaganda State University named after academician E.A. Bouquets.
He has been serving in the prosecutor's office since 2000, holding the position of acting assistant prosecutor of the city of Zhezkazgan, Karaganda region.
He worked as a prosecutor of the department for supervision over the legality of court decisions and enforcement proceedings in administrative and civil cases of the prosecutor's office of the Karaganda region, senior prosecutor of the department for supervision of the legality of court decisions and enforcement proceedings in administrative and civil cases of the prosecutor's office of the Karaganda region.
He worked as a senior prosecutor of the Office for Supervision of the Legality of Judicial Acts in Civil Cases of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of Judicial Acts and Enforcement Proceedings in Civil and Administrative Cases of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Worked as Deputy Head of the Department for Representation of State Interests in the Courts of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He held the position of first deputy prosecutor of the Kostanay region.
In 2023, head of the Service for the Protection of Public Interests of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Since January 8, 2025, prosecutor of the Aktobe region.
He has state awards: the medal "Zhauyngerlik erligi ushin" (For military valor), the Order "Aibyn" (Valor) II degree.
