Biography
Sultanbekuly Zhandarbek was born in 1988 in the Kyzylorda region.
He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kyzylorda Bolashak University, and the University of Southern California with degrees in Law, Finance, and International Public Policy and Management.
In 2010, he entered the service of the Almaty City Prosecutor's Office and was appointed Assistant Prosecutor of the Almalinsky District of Almaty.
He subsequently held the positions of Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Almalinsky District of Almaty, Prosecutor within the Almaty City Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor within a department of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Medeu District of Almaty, Prosecutor of the Baizak District of the Zhambyl Region, and Prosecutor of the city of Kyzylorda.
Since July 2026, he has served as the Prosecutor of the Baykonyr District of Astana.
He has been awarded the Order of Aybyn (2nd Class) for exemplary service.
He has over 15 years of experience in the prosecution service.
