Biography
N.A. Toichubekov was born in 1980 in the Almaty region.
He graduated from the Kazakh State Law Academy with a degree in jurisprudence.
He held the positions of assistant, senior assistant to the military prosecutor of the Saryozek garrison, military prosecutor of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office, deputy military prosecutor of the Ayaguz and Aktau garrisons of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office, Assistant to the Prosecutor General, Head of the Astana City Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor of the Alikhan Bokeikhan District of Karaganda.
Since October 2025 - Prosecutor of the Almaty district of Astana.
