Rakhimov Magilan Erkinovich
Prosecutor of the Zhylyoi region
Biography
Magilan Erkinovich Rakhimov was born on 25.03.1984 in Atyrau region.
He graduated from the Atyrau State University named after Kh.Dosmukhamedov, majoring in "Jurisprudence".
He started his service in the prosecutor's office in 2007 as an assistant prosecutor of the Kurmangazy district.
At various times, he held the positions of Senior assistant Prosecutor of the Kurmangazy district, prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of judicial acts and representation of state interests in criminal cases of the Prosecutor's Office of the Atyrau region, Deputy Prosecutor of the Kurmangazy district, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Atyrau region for appeals and office work, Senior assistant Prosecutor of the Department for the maintenance of public Prosecution and participation in the appeal instance of the Prosecutor's Office of the Atyrau region.
He also served as the prosecutor of Kurmangazy and Makat districts.
Since December 2025, he has been appointed as the prosecutor of Zhylyoi District in Atyrau Region
