Biography
Keulimzhai Baktiyar Kanatuly was born on April 29, 1979, in Aktobe Region.
He graduated from the Aktobe Institute of Management, Business and Law with a degree in Law.
He began his service in the prosecutor’s office in 2000 at the Aktobe City Prosecutor’s Office.
Later, he worked at the Atyrau City Prosecutor’s Office, served as a prosecutor of a department of the regional prosecutor’s office, Deputy Specialized Environmental Prosecutor, and Head of the Human Resources Department.
He also held the positions of Prosecutor of Kyzylkoga District, Assistant to the Regional Prosecutor, and Senior Assistant to the Regional Prosecutor.
Since December 2025, he has been serving as the Prosecutor of Makat District of Atyrau Region.
