Mukanketkaliev Arman Altaevich

Born in 1979 in the West Kazakhstan Region. In 1996, enrolled full-time at the Saratov State Academy of Law, majoring in Law, and graduated in 2001. From 2001 to 2003, studied part-time at the West Kazakhstan State University, majoring in Accounting and Auditing. In 2007, entered postgraduate studies at the Saratov State Academy of Law, Saratov, Russian Federation, and defended a dissertation in 2012, earning the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences. In 2018, completed nostrification at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and by the decision of the council, awarded the degree of Doctor (PhD) of Philosophy in Law.

Serving in the prosecutorial authorities since 2001.

On August 10, 2001, by order of the Prosecutor of the West Kazakhstan Region, admitted to the prosecution authorities in the positions of Assistant Prosecutor of the city of Uralsk, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the city of Uralsk, Prosecutor of the West Kazakhstan Region Prosecutor’s Office, Senior Prosecutor of the West Kazakhstan Region Prosecutor’s Office, Deputy Head of the West Kazakhstan Region Prosecutor’s Office, Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Uralsk, Head of the West Kazakhstan Region Prosecutor’s Office, Uralsk Transport Prosecutor of the Western Regional Transport Prosecutor’s Office, and Transport Prosecutor of the city of Atyrau. Served in the civil service at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan as Assistant to the Rector.

Prior to the current appointment, served as Head of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Atyrau Region.
