Biography
Bassybayev Madiyar Bekenovich
Born on April 27, 1979, in Almaty Region.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
Since 2000, he has been serving in the prosecution authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He began his career at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Aktobe Region.
Over the years, he has held various positions, including:
Head of the Department of the Almaty City Prosecutor’s Office,
Prosecutor of the Medeu and Almaly Districts of Almaty,
Head of Department – Chief of Staff of the Almaty City Prosecutor’s Office,
Deputy Head of the Department of Strategic Development of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 — Deputy Prosecutor of the West Kazakhstan Region.
Since July 2022 — Prosecutor of the Zhetysu Region.
Since September 29, 2025 — Prosecutor of the Atyrau Region.
