Biography
In 2014 graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in «International Law».
In 2022 - Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a specialization in «State Audit».
Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
From 2014 to 2015, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Postal Payment Tokens Department of the «Kazpost» Postal Service Branch» JSC.
From 2015 to 2019, he served under a contract in the personnel of the State Guard Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2020 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Investment and Entrepreneurship Development of the city of Nur-Sultan.
From 2020 to 2021 - Chief Expert of the Department of Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2023 - Head of Division of the Department of Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2023 to 2024 - Head of Sector of the Economic Division of the Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since June 3, 2024 he has been appointed Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
