Biography
Kairat Balykbayev was born in 1982 in Almaty.
He graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (specialty "Economic Cybernetics"), the International Academy of Business (Master of Corporate Management), the Kazakh National Technical University. Satpaeva K.I. (specialty "oil and gas business").
He started his career in 2003.
He started working in the information technology (digitalization) system in 2007 as the head of the Information Technology Service of «KazTransGas» JSC.
2009 - Director of the Information Technology Department of JSC NC KazMunayGas.
2010 – 2011 - Supervisor of Private limited Liability company «KMG Kashagan B.V.», Atyrau.
2011 - 2014 - Director of the Department of Information Technologies and Implementation of the Management Reporting System, Department of Information Technologies of JSC «NC KazMunayGas».
2014 - 2016 - Managing Director for Information Technologies of JSC «NC KazMunayGas».
2016 - Vice President for Information Technologies of JSC «NC KazMunayGas».
