Biography
She was born in 1971.
She has higher education, graduated from Akmola University, in 1995 and
Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz in 2002.
Master of Economics and Business, specialty "State and Local Government".
She has 22 years of public service experience, has worked her way up from an expert to a department director.
She started her career in the civil service in the field of documentation, organizational and personnel support since 1999 as a senior specialist of the Competition Development Department of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2003, she has held senior positions in the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Head of office Department, Deputy Director of the Department and Director of the Department of Administrative and Documentation Work.
Since October 1, 2014, Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Work of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From February 16, 2022 to the present, Director of the Department of Administrative Work of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
