Dzhalgasbayeva Aida Koishybaevna

Dzhalgasbayeva Aida Koishibaevna was born on February 27, 1970, in the Balkan velayat of Turkmenistan. She has a higher education. In 1990, she graduated from the Ashgabat Hydromelioration Technical School with a degree in Geodetic Engineering; in 1995, from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electrical Automation of Technological Equipment Complexes; and in 2019, from the Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems with a degree in Law.

She began her professional career in 1990 at “TurkmenNIPIneft” (Turkmenistan) as a technician.

From 1990 to 1999, she worked at “TurkmenNIPIneft” as a technician, 2nd category technician, and engineer.

From 2000 to 2005, she worked at KTM No. 3 in the city of Zhanaozen as a laboratory assistant and master.

In 2005, she served as a representative of the Zhanaozen city branch of the Mangystau филиал of “DZET Group” LLP.

In 2006, she worked as a land survey technician at the Zhanaozen city branch of the Mangystau Scientific and Production Center.

From 2006 to 2013, she held the position of Chief Specialist at the State Institution “Zhanaozen City Department of Land Relations.”

From 2013 to 2023, she worked as Chief Specialist at the State Institution “Zhanaozen City Department of Physical Culture and Sports.”

Since April 3, 2023, to the present, she has been serving as Acting Head of the State Institution “Zhanaozen City Department of Physical Culture and Sports.”
