Biography
She was born on November 12, 1967 in the village of Eralievo, Eralievsky district, Mangistau region (now the village of Kuryk).
In 1984 she graduated from high school number 1 in the village of Kuryk.
In 1995, she graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in economics.
