Biography
Amankulov Syılybaı Zharkynbayuly was born in 1993 in the village of Shoptykol, Karatobe district, West Kazakhstan region. In 2014, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian Technical University named after ZhangirKhan.
He started his career for the first time in 2015 at the Karakiya employment Center under the project "Youth Practice".
