Biography
Abishev Chingiz Zhanaidaruly was born on June 15, 2000 in Taldykorgan, Almaty region. He has a higher education and a master's degree in scientific and pedagogical direction. He graduated from Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov with a degree in Law.
He started his career as a lawyer at the Regional Specialized Children's and Youth Sports School for Aquatics "Taldykorgan Central Swimming Pool" of the state institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Almaty region".
From 09/05/2022 to 09/23/2024, he was the chief specialist of the Information and Analytical Support and Labor Protection Control Department of the Zhetisu Regional Labor Inspectorate.
In connection with the reorganization of the state body, a similar position was offered, and in the period from 09/24/2024 to 07/01/2026, he was the chief specialist of the Occupational Safety and Health Control Department of the Russian State University "Department of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of Housing and Communal Services".
Head of the Department of Tourism Policy, International Cooperation and Budget Planning of the State Institution "Zhetisu Regional Tourism Department".
Starting from August 12, 2026, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service", according to the results of a general competition for a public position, he was appointed head of the Occupational Safety and Health Control Department of the Russian State University "Department of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of Housing and Communal Services".
