Smagulov Nariman Akhanseryuly

Nariman Akhanseryuli Smagulov was born on July 31, 1991 in the Eskeldinsky district of the Zhetisu region. In 2014, he graduated from the Kazakhstan Innovation Academy with a degree in economics and business.

He started his career in 2014 at the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Otenai rural District of Taldykorgan" as a methodologist instructor on youth policy issues.

In 2019-2020, he worked in the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the city of Ushtobe, Karatal district" as a chief specialist.

In 2021, he worked in the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Otenai Rural District of Taldykorgan" as the head of the housing and communal services department.

In 2021-2023, he worked at the Office of the Akim of the Otenai Rural District of Taldykorgan, Otenai village, as head of the Housing and Communal Services department.

In 2023-2024, he worked at the Department of Culture, Language Development and Sports of the city of Taldykorgan as a chief specialist.

In 2024, he worked at the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Taldykorgan" as a chief specialist.

Since June 2026, he has been the head of the Analytical Work Department of the Russian State Institution "Department of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of Housing and Communal Services".
