Biography
In 1989, she graduated from Abai Saran Pedagogical College.
In 1997, she graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University.
She was awarded the commemorative medals «10 Years of Astana», «20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan», «20 Years of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan», and «20 Years of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan».
From 1989 to 2004, she worked as a primary school teacher and a teacher of Russian language and literature in Kokshetau Region and Astana.
From 2004 to 2010, she served as Chief Specialist of the Social and Cultural Affairs Department of the Office of the Akim of Astana.
From 2010 to 2014, she served as Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in Astana.
From 2014 to 2015, she served as Head of the Social and Cultural Affairs Department of the Office of the Akim of Astana.
From 2015 to 2025, she served as Expert and Consultant of the Internal Policy Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2025 to 2026, she served as Adviser to the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since July 2026, she has served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
