Dosaeva Zhanar Rsbayevna

She graduated from Kostanay State University with a degree in Psychology, Teacher of Psychology (in 1999), and received a Master's degree in Psychology (in 2018).

Since 2003, she worked as a specialist, then as head of the Department of Analysis, Monitoring and Youth Policy of the Department of Internal Policy of Astana city, head of the Administrative and Analytical Department of the National Center for State Standards of Education and Testing.

From 2008 to 2015 - Head of the Consolidated Analytical Department, Deputy Director of the Department of Analysis and Strategic Planning of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2014 to 2016, she was the Head of the Consolidated Analytical Department, Director of the Information and Analytical Work Department of the Center for International Programs Ltd of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2017 to 2019 - Director of the Department of Analysis and Strategic Planning of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2025 – Inspector, Head of the Sector of the Department of Internal Policy of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From February to May 2025 – Deputy Chairman of the Culture Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since May 2025 – Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
