Ibraeva Aiman Elemanovna was born on July 07, 1966, in the city of Kostanay, Kostanay Region.
In 1987, she graduated from the Kostanay Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian Language and Literature.
She began her career in education in 1987 as a Russian language and literature teacher at the Vladimirovka Secondary School in the Kostanay District.
From 1992 to 2001, she continued her teaching career as a Russian language and literature teacher at Secondary School No. 26 in Kostanay, which was later reorganized into the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum.
From 2001 to 2002, she was invited to work as a Russian language methodologist at the Education Department of Kostanay.
In February 2002, she entered the civil service as a Chief Specialist at the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region", and from 2005 to 2011, she continued her service as the Head of the Administrative and Organizational Work Division of the Department.
Between 2011 and 2014, she served as the Deputy Director of the Department for Child Rights Protection of the Kostanay Region.
Subsequently, from 2014 to 2019, she held the position of Head of the Information and Analytical Work Division of the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".
Following a competitive selection process, she headed the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay City" from 2019 to 2020.
From 2020 to 2022, she continued her career as Deputy Head of the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region", and from 2023 to 2026, she served as the Head of the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".
By the Decree of the Akim of Kostanay Region dated June 12, 2026, she was appointed Head of the Child Rights Protection Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region.
