State Communal Institution "Department for Child Rights Protection of the Akimat of Kostanay Region

The Communal State Institution "Department for Child Rights Protection of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that exercises leadership in the field of ensuring and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of children within the territory of the region, within the limits of its competence.

The founder of the Department is the Akimat of Kostanay Region.

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts, as well as this Regulation.

The Department is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has a seal and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of an established standard, and accounts in treasury bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
