Dosmaganbetov Ramil Maishulanovich

Born on September 5, 1979, in the Almaly District of Astana. In 2004, he graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Customs Affairs; and in 2018 — Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in Construction.

He began his career in 2001 as a security guard of the OSVOP USSO of Astana, where he worked until 2004.

In 2005–2008, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Production and Technical Department of the Akim's Office of the "Saryarka" District in Astana.

In 2008, he worked as Chief Specialist of the Planning and Public Procurement Department, and later as Chief Specialist of the Production and Technical Department of the Akim's Office of the "Almaty" District in Astana.

In 2008–2013, he held the position of Head of the Landscaping Department of the Akim's Office of the "Almaty" District in Astana.

In 2013–2016, he worked as Head of the Landscaping Department of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the "Almaty" District of Astana".

In 2016–2018 — Chief Inspector of the District Akim at the State Institution "Akim's Office of the "Almaty" District of Astana City".

In 2018–2019, he worked as Head of the Landscaping Department of the Akim's Office of the "Baiqonyr" District in Astana (later — Nur-Sultan).

In 2019–2022, he held the position of Deputy Akim of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the "Baiqonyr" District of Nur-Sultan".

In 2022, he worked as Deputy Akim of the District in Nur-Sultan, and later as Head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Abai Region in Semey.

In 2022–2024, he held the position of Deputy Akim of Semey City, Abai Region at the State Institution "Akim's Office of Semey City, Abai Region".

In 2025–2026, he worked as Deputy General Director at "Alatau Public Utilities" LLP.
