Uayis Ulan Yermekuly

Born on November 12, 1996, in the city of Almaty. In 2019, graduated from the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA campus) with a degree in Architecture.

He began his career in 2019 at "DM-stroy" LLP in Almaty as Architect.

In 2021–2023, he worked as Specialist of the Architectural and Urban Planning and Urbanism Department at "Research Institute "Almatygenplan" LLP in Almaty.

In 2023–2025, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Urban Planning and Territory Development Coordination Service for the Almaly District at the Department of Urban Planning and Urbanism of Almaty.

In 2025, he worked as Head of the Urban Planning and Territory Development Coordination Department for the Almaly District of the aforementioned department.

In 2025–2026, he worked as Chief Specialist of the Public Spaces Design Department at the Department of Public Spaces Development of Almaty.

From April 17, 2026 to the present — Head of the Public Spaces Design Department at the Department of Public Spaces Development of Almaty.
