Biography
Born on July 16, 1990, in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. In 2012, he graduated from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University; in 2019 and 2020 — Kazakh-American Free University (including "Kazakh-American Free University" LLP in 2019); and in 2022 — NJSC "D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University".
He began his career in 2011 at "Matai LTD" LLP in Ust-Kamenogorsk as Director.
In 2012–2014, he worked as Deputy Director at "Intermaster" LLP in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In 2014–2015, he held the position of Head of the Landscaping Sector at the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Roads of Semey".
In 2015–2018, he worked as Chief Property Specialist at the State Institution "East Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In 2018, he held the position of Deputy Head of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Roads of Ridder".
In 2018–2020, he worked as Head of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection Department at the State Institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the East Kazakhstan Region".
In 2020–2022, he held the position of Deputy Head of the aforementioned department.
In 2025–2026, he worked as Chief Specialist of the Public Utilities Department at the Akim's Office of Alatau District, Almaty.
From April 8, 2026 to the present — Deputy Head of the Communal State Institution "Department of Public Spaces Development of Almaty".
