Biography
Born in 1994 in the village of Leninka, Ulan District, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2016, he graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Jurisprudence; and in 2022 — Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in Economics.
He began his career in 2018 at the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the East Kazakhstan Region".
In 2018–2020, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Non-Ferrous Metallurgy and Subsoil Use Department.
In 2020–2022, he worked as Head of the Legal Department at the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the East Kazakhstan Region".
In 2022–2023, he held the position of Head of the Administrative and Legal Department of the aforementioned department.
In 2023–2024, he worked at "SEC "Semey" JSC as Director of the Legal Department and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
In 2024–2025, he held managerial positions in commercial organizations.
In 2025–2026, he held the position of Deputy Head of the District Division at the State Communal Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "Almaty Tazalyk".
From May 19, 2026 to the present — Deputy Head of the Communal State Institution "Department of Public Spaces Development of Almaty".
