Ibrashev Yersin Temirbekovich

He was born in 1989. He graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in international relations, and also received higher and postgraduate education in Beijing, China.

From 2014 to 2018, he worked in the private sector. Then he continued his career in the field of public service. He worked as the chief expert of the Department for the Examination of Subsoil Use Contracts of the Department of Tax and Customs Policy, Chief expert, Head of the Department for Coordination of State Bodies for Project Management of the Department of Project Management, Head of the Department for Coordination and Support of State Bodies for Project Management of the Department of Project Management Policy, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Administration of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Department of Tourism of the Mangystau region. Since May 2026, by order of the akim of the Zhetisu region, he has been appointed head of the tourism department of the Zhetisu region.
