Ongarbekova Aliya Mubarakovna

She was born in 1982. Graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in International Economics

She started her career as the chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the city of Tekeli. Over the years, she worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Almaty region, then worked as the chief specialist, Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Almaty region.

She worked in senior positions, was the head of the Investment Project Expertise Department at the Regional Center for Public-Private Partnership of Almaty Region LLP, the Department of Digital Technologies of Almaty region, Deputy akim of the city of Tekeli.

Since January 2026, she has been appointed Deputy Head of the Zhetisu Regional Tourism Department.
