Biography
Born on February 15, 1969.
Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Member of the Board since March 20, 2026.
Education:
- Almaty Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages (1993), holds diploma of teacher of English and Russian languages.
From February 2020 to February 2026 worked as Deputy Secretary General, Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), Tehran, Iran.
Official Responsibilities
- Participation in the development and implementation of the official development assistance (ODA) action plan;
- Coordination with government bodies and organisations involved in ODA policy regarding the development of project proposals;
- Formulation of proposals regarding the volume and sectoral priorities of ODA;
- Organisation of information and analytical support in the field of ODA;
- Leading the preparation of reviews and reference and analytical information on international experience in securing funding for ODA projects, and building a knowledge base in the field of international development.
