Biography
Date and place of birth: May 31, 1978, Kyzylorda Region.
Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (1999) and SAIS, Johns Hopkins University (USA, 2014).
Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English. Holds the diplomatic rank of 1st Class Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
Previously served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Korea (2023–2026).
Has extensive experience working within the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In recent years, served as Director of the Asia-Pacific Region Department of the MFA (2019–2021) and Director of the Americas Department of the MFA (2021–2023).
Awarded state and departmental honors, including the medal "Eren Enbegi Ushin" ("For Distinguished Labor"), the Ministry of Defense medal "For Contribution to International Cooperation", as well as several diplomatic service jubilee medals of Kazakhstan.
