Meirmanov Serik Zhandayuly

Serik Zhandayuly Meirmanov was born on July 3, 1976 in Mangistau region. In 1998, he studied at the Sh. Esenov Aktau University, then in 2004 he entered the Law Institute of the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Serik Zhandayuly Meirmanov worked as a senior economist at "BIONT" LLP from 04.1999 to 12.1999. From 1999 to 2005, he worked in the internal Affairs Department of the Mangistau region. In 2005-2006, he was the head of the passenger transport Department of the Department of passenger transport and highways of the Mangystau region. From 03.2006 to 10.2006, he worked in the state enterprise "Aktaugradkadastr" as an engineer. In 2006-2007, he worked as a temporary acting chief specialist at the Aktau seaport. From 01.2007 to 02.2007, he served as chief specialist at the Aktau seaport. In the Department of internal policy of the city of Aktau worked as a chief specialist at 02.2007 07.2007. In 07.2007-12.2007 was the head of HR and organizational work in akim's Apparatus of Munaily district. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as the chief of staff of the office of the mayor of Munaili district. In 2010-2013, he was the chief of staff of the Office of the mayor of Aktau. From 2014 to 2019, he was the head of Kh "Nurzhan". In 06.2019-07.2019, temporarily acting head of the Department of the state institution "Department for control over the use and protection of lands of the Mangystau region". In 07.2019-08.2019, he worked as the head of the Department of the state institution "Department for control over the use and protection of lands of the Mangystau region".
