Turalkhanov Abay Esenzhanovich

Turalkhanov Abay Esenzhanovich was born on January 17, 1994 in Mangistau region. Citizen of Kazakhstan. In 2015, he graduated from the Kazakh agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin with a bachelor's degree in transport, transport equipment and technology. In 2017, he completed a master's degree in Transport, transport engineering and technology at the Kazakh agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin.

Turalkhanov Abay Esenzhanovich worked from 11.07.2018 to 19.08.2018.acting chief specialist of the Department of highways of the state institution "Department of passenger transport and highways of the Mangistau region" (Aktau). Then, in 20.08.2018-29.12.2019, he began working as a chief specialist of the Department of highways of the state institution "Department of passenger transport and highways of the Mangistau region". Since 30.12.2019, he has been working as the head of the Department of the Department of highways Of the "Department of passenger transport and highways of the Mangystau region".
