He was born on June 13, 1992 in the Eskeldinsky district of the Zhetisu region. In 2014, he graduated from the Kazakh State University of Economics with a degree in Socio-Cultural Service. He started his professional career in the field of commercial tourism, where he worked from 2015 to 2022. From September 2022 to the present, he holds the position of head of the Municipal State Institution "Zhetisu Tourist Information Center" at the state institution "Zhetisu Regional Tourism Department"
