Biography
Born on 7 September 1991 in the city of Taldykorgan, Almaty Region.
In 2014, graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Instrumentation Engineering. In 2018, graduated from U. Dzholdasbekov Academy of Economics and Law with a degree in Law.
From 11 August 2015 to 2 October 2019 – Leading Specialist of the Civil Service Control Department of the Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Almaty Region.
From 2 October 2019 to 5 June 2022 – Chief Specialist of the Administrative Department of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs for Almaty Region.
From 6 June 2022 to 1 May 2025 – Chief Specialist of the Civil Service Control Department of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs for Almaty Region.
From 2 May 2025 to 21 September 2025 – Head of the Civil Service Control Department of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs for Zhetisu Region.
From 22 September 2025 to 20 October 2025 – Head of the Infrastructure and Domestic Tourism Development Division of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of Zhetisu Region.
