Karsakbaev Meiram Tolenbievich

From 2001 to 2003, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2004, he was a student at the Ministry of Internal Affairs College, then worked as a police officer (through the police driver position) at the temporary detention facility of Esil District Police Department.

From 2006 to 2007, he served as Junior Inspector of the K9 Unit at Esil District Police Department.

From 2007 to 2008, he worked as Operative Officer (acting senior) of the Criminal Police Department, Esil District Police.

From 2008 to 2010, he served as District Police Officer (acting senior) at the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate of Esil District Police, later as Operative Officer of the Criminal Police Department.

From 2010 to 2013, he held the position of Senior Operative Officer of the Criminal Police Department, Esil District Police.

From 2013 to 2015, he worked as Operative Officer of Group “A” of Criminal Police Support and as Operative Officer of the Operational Development and Special Activities Group of the Internal Security Directorate of Akmola region.

From 2015 to 2018, he served as Senior Operative Officer of the Analytical and Organizational Group of the Internal Security Directorate of the Transport Police.

From 2018 to 2020, he served as Head and Senior Operative Officer of the Violations Detection and Rapid Response Group of the Internal Security Directorate, Kostanay region.

From 2020 to 2022, he was Senior Operative Officer of the Internal Security Group of the Department of the Criminal Executive System in Nur-Sultan. In 2021, he also completed a Master’s program at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of Kazakhstan.

From 2021 to 2024, he served as Head of the Operational Department and Senior Operative Officer of Institutions EC-166/5 and EC-166/1, Department of the Criminal Executive System, Nur-Sultan city.

In 2024, he was appointed Acting Deputy Head for Regime and Operational Work at Institution No. 2, Department of the Criminal Executive System, Astana.

In 2025, he served as Head of the Operational Department of Institution No. 64, Department of the Criminal Executive System, Astana, and later as Deputy Head for General Affairs.

Since November 2025, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for General Affairs at Institution No. 64, Department of the Criminal Executive System, Astana city.
